Ravi Kaushik
Executive Director
Ravi Kaushik is the Executive Director at CIEC, bringing over two decades of experience in digital transformation, corporate banking, and technology-led strategy. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has held leadership roles at HP, GE, and BNP Paribas, with a focus on driving change through process innovation and enterprise technology. Educated at MIT, Harvard Business School, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Ravi has worked across the US, UK, India, and Belgium, and continues to bridge global insights with policy, development, and institutional strategy.
Dr. Ramanand
Director
Dr. Ramanand Nand is a public policy expert and Director at CIEC. He is also the Founder-Director of the Center of Policy Research and Governance (CPRG), where he leads research across AI governance, education policy, and social development. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Nand has advised the Ministry of Education on the NEP 2020 and contributes to several national bodies, including NCERT, UGC, and the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes. A regular contributor to media and international forums, he is recognised for his work at the intersection of technology, society, and public policy.
Aneesh Kannakara
Director - Operations and Outreach
A founding member of CIEC, Aneesh brings more than two decades of leadership and consulting experience across the IT and telecommunications sectors. His expertise spans program management, ITSM, and cross-functional delivery in global markets. Aneesh led major IT and network infrastructure programs for high-profile international events—including FIFA 2022, COP28, Wimbledon, and the Paris 2024 Olympics—while managing strategic customer initiatives at Cisco. Beyond his professional roles, Aneesh is deeply committed to CSR initiatives, with a strong focus on expanding access to STEM education and fostering cultural and linguistic continuity among expatriate communities. At CIEC, he oversees operational strategy and stakeholder engagement, drawing on his global experience and passion for building scalable, impact-driven initiatives.
