The Center for Indo-European Cooperation (CIEC) is a Brussels-based think tank established to support and shape the next phase of engagement between India and Europe. Positioned at the intersection of diplomacy, policy, and strategy, CIEC brings together key stakeholders from both regions to respond to a rapidly shifting global order.

About us

The Center for Indo-European Cooperation (CIEC) advances policy dialogue through rigorous research, strategic convening, and cross-sector collaboration. We facilitate informed conversations on pressing global challenges such as climate change, digital governance, trade, mobility, and security, while providing a platform for co-creation among policymakers, academics, civil society, and industry leaders across both regions. By promoting clarity and credibility in Indo-European policy discussions through balanced and well-informed perspectives, CIEC works to enable long-term cooperation, identifying shared challenges and building practical, future-focused solutions.
